The way in which metaprograms and metamodels influence leaders of organizations
Abstract
Metaprograms ensure the soft necessary for the operation of „routine programs” within the parameters Metaprograms mean essentially the comparison of two stimuli. Metaprograms repre sent the higher level of mental processes through which we sort experiences and we react. The metamodel has some linguistic distinctions which help in identifying the linguistic types which hide the meaning in the communication process of deletion and gene ralization. The metalanguage studies the rules of phrases (syntax), and not phrases as such. Metamodels are very powerful instruments used to gather information, to find alternatives and clarify meanings. They are used in the interior dialogue and on the other hand internal reality is built from the words used but it can be used as resource. Lacking report, the metamodel generates metamutilation and metainfatuation.Downloads
